This morning I stumbled upon a web site that test your literary style.
Here are my results.
According to my test I share the same writing style with F. Scott Fitzgerald.
Okay, I’ll agree with that!
Your Literary Style Is 100% Realistic, 0% Philosophical, and 33% Psychological!
F. Scott Fitzgerald was a realist, and he is characterized mostly by his focus on realistic character development and setting. Your writing is also primarily realistic, opting to tell a good story and focusing on character development without bothering to delve needlessly deep into the minds of the characters. Like Fitzgerald’s works, your writing focuses on good story-telling over intellectualism, symbolism, or philosophy. This makes your writing very concise and clear, without bogging it down in the thoughts or feelings of the characters. In short, your writing is primarily identified by its purity and realism.
Some stories you may enjoy: The Great Gatsby and “The Diamond as Big as the Ritz”.
